There are a huge number of different religions in the modern world. Some we know as world-wide are Christianity, Islam and Buddhism. Every religion has its own rituals, which are performed in honor of the Almighty. In Christianity it is baptism, and in Islam it is prayer.

Namaz is a daily five-fold prayer, which is performed strictly according to the rules, at a clearly specified time. Not performing namaz carries with it a grave sin.

Time of prayer

During the day, a Muslim must perform prayer 5 times. Each prayer has a certain repetition of raakats (cycle).

  • The first prayer is Fajr or you can just say morning prayer. This prayer begins before everyone else. It follows when the first rays of the sun appear and the night dissipates. The prayer ends with the sunrise. In this prayer, the number of raakats is 2.
  • The second prayer of Zuhr is also called the midday prayer. Prayer is held when the sun is at its zenith. The midday prayer includes 4 repetitions, that is, raakats.
  • The afternoon prayer of Muslims is called Asr. The time of prayer is determined by the shadow of the object, which is equal to its length. In this prayer, the number of raakats is 4. The end of this stage occurs when the disc takes on a reddish hue (copper).
  • Maghreb sunset prayer. This stage is accompanied by 3 raakats. The beginning of prayer is the disappearance of the sun over the horizon. The end of prayer is the beginning of the next stage.
  • The final prayer of Muslims is called Isha. It includes 4 raakats. The time of the beginning of the stage coincides with the disappearance of the reddish tint of the sun on the horizon, in other words, complete darkness comes. Namaz ends at midnight.

Features of the time determination service

The service that we have developed allows you to determine the exact time of each of the 5 important Muslim prayers. The time of prayer can be determined using 7 different calculation systems by default we use the World Islamic League. There is also the possibility of choosing a legal school by which the Asr is calculated.

Our service has a function that allows you to find out the periods of the night that is optimally suitable for performing Isha prayers and Tahajud prayer.

Any prayer is performed in the direction of qibla. And no matter where he is, his body should be directed towards the Kaaba. For those who cannot determine the direction, you need to turn to the mosque, if you do not have a mosque in the city, then our service will help you cope with this task.
