Zakat on Business Assets
Zakat is calculated using two nisab standards: gold and silver. Below are the current live prices. Choose your currency and enter your assets.
To combine business assets with personal savings, gold or crypto, use our complete zakat calculator.
How to calculate Zakat?
Enter the total value of your business inventory, trade goods, receivables and cash. Subtract immediate short-term liabilities.
If the remaining net value exceeds the nisab threshold for one lunar year, zakat of 2.5% is due.
Fixed assets such as buildings or equipment used in operations are generally not zakatable unless intended for sale.
