How to calculate Zakat?

Enter the total weight of gold you own (grams, tola, or ounces) and select its purity (karat). The calculator converts your gold into its current market value using live gold prices.

The gold nisab is equivalent to 87.48 grams of pure gold. If the total value of your zakatable assets meets or exceeds this threshold and has been held for one full lunar year (hawl), zakat of 2.5% becomes obligatory.
